Online study programmes in Coaching
You can study Coaching as a 60 ECTS or 120 ECTS programme.
Admission requirements for the 60 ECTS programme:
- Completed undergraduate degree of at least 240 ECTS
- 240 ECTS from undergraduate degree: Direct access possible with proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme
- 180 ECTS from undergraduate degree: Completion of courses amounting to 30 ECTS and proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience OR proof of at least two years of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme
- Proof of your German language skills

Admission requirements for the 120 ECTS programme:
- Completed undergraduate degree of at least 180 ECTS
- Proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme
- Proof of your German language skills

Master’s in Coaching: Your electives
Your master’s in Coaching is as practice-oriented as possible. In the 60 ECTS programme, you can choose one of 17 electives such as Human Performance, “New Work und Agilität” or “Förderung von Resilienz”. In the 120 ECTS programme, you choose two out of 16 electives in order to prepare for your career as a coach. Your options include “Organisationsanalyse und -entwicklung”, “Coaching von Führungskräften” and „Selbstreflexion: Praxisfall Coaching“.
