- With 210 ECTS from the first degree: Direct access with proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme
- With 180 ECTS from the first degree: Attendance of courses amounting to 30 ECTS AND proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience OR proof of at least two years of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme

Your master's programme in Real Estate Management is as practice-oriented as possible and allows flexibility at all times thanks to the virtual campus. Choose one of four elective modules in the 60 ECTS programme, such as asset management, facility management, real estate consulting or corporate real estate management.
